Shower Mold

*Clean shower & tub thoroughly with a bleach tile-cleaning product & stiff bristle brush

*If caulk replaceing is in order: Cut out the moldy caulking, tape off both sides of a 1/4 inch space where new caulking will go.

Use silicone caulk meant for showers and bathrooms. Apply according to manufacturer’s instructions.

 

~Prevent Mold Growth~

*Run the fan during & after bathing/showering

*Keep the window open

*Use a dehumidifier & an air purifier

*Clean your tub/shower frequently

 

 

Kool-Aid Stains On Skin

Here You Have A Healthy Alternative To Many Abrasive Methods or Chemicals

~ Anyone with children understands the infamous stain that Kool-Aid leaves behind on the skin, and just how hard it is to scrub out with soap...

 * If your in a pinch and need the stain next to gone if not gone right away scrub the spot of skin generously with toothpaste

    (any brand should work)

 * Rins with warm water 

 * Repeat if need be.  

 

 

Remove Fresh Urine Stains

~ In a spray bottle "swirl" together: 8 fl oz peroxide, 3 Tbsp baking soda, 2-3 drops any dish detergent

* Right away when the spray is made, spray the whole stain, cover with a clean cleaning rag/towel, let stand for approx. 10min, Done 

(Some scrubbing may be needed. Mixture is affective for approx. 20min from being made; do not store for future use.) 

Melted Crayon On Clothing

~Spray crayon blotch with window cleaner and work with circular motions and toothbrush, several times as needed, till spot is light and hardly there. Re wash garment as usual. Repeat steps as many times as needed.
